- Major changes requested after project commencement may result in timeline extensions and additional charges.
3. Payments
- Project initiation requires full or partial payment based on mutual agreement.
- Delayed payments may impact project delivery or halt progress until dues are cleared.
4. Timelines
- Project timelines will be shared at the start. However, any delay in content/materials provided by the client will proportionally affect the schedule.
5. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property related to the final published material remains with the author unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
- Shree Imprints retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, unless a confidentiality clause is requested and agreed upon.
6. Limitation of Liability
- While we take utmost care in delivering our services, Shree Imprints shall not be held liable for indirect losses, delays due to third-party services (e.g., courier), or technical issues beyond our control.
